Soil <\/span>ecology<\/span> workgoup<\/span> is<\/span> happy<\/span> that<\/span> to<\/span> have <\/span>been<\/span> granted<\/span> a <\/span>3-year <\/span>mobility<\/span> project<\/span> funded<\/span> by <\/span>the<\/span> Estonian and Czech <\/span>Academy<\/span> of <\/span>Science<\/span>. The <\/span>mobility<\/span> project<\/span> involves<\/span> teams<\/span> from<\/span> the<\/span> Institutute<\/span> of <\/span>Botany<\/span> of <\/span>the<\/span> Czech <\/span>Academy<\/span> of <\/span>Sciences<\/span> (<\/span>Dr. <\/span>Jiri<\/span> Dolezal\u2019s<\/span> and Dr. Jan <\/span>Altman\u2019s<\/span> teams<\/span>) and <\/span>D<\/span>epartment<\/span> of <\/span>B<\/span>otany<\/span> (<\/span>Dr. Inga Hiiesalu) and <\/span>Department<\/span> of <\/span>Geography<\/span> (Dr. Kristina <\/span>Sohar<\/span>) <\/span>from<\/span> University of Tartu.\u00a0<\/span> The <\/span>project<\/span> aims<\/span> to<\/span> connect<\/span> motivated<\/span> Czech and Estonian <\/span>researchers<\/span> to<\/span> examine<\/span> the<\/span> role<\/span> of <\/span>fungal<\/span> symbionts<\/span> in <\/span>mitigating<\/span> cvlimate<\/span> change<\/span> effects<\/span> on <\/span>plant<\/span> growth<\/span> in <\/span>the<\/span> Himal<\/span>ayan<\/span> mountains<\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
